Adopt-A-Horse, Ltd., Inc. is a 21 year old non-profit 501(c) 3 corporation that has rescued over two hundred horses and numerous other animals during these years. It started in Uxbridge, Massachusetts,  moved to Sebring, Florida from 1989 until 2005, and then moved to Trenton, Florida. 

Placement of Horses

 We make sure that the Adopters can afford to care for these animals before they are accepted plus Investigators must inspect their facility to ensure it is a safe home for the horse. Updates of these horses must be periodically sent to us.

All horses remain the property of Adopt-A-Horse, Ltd., Inc. throughout their lives, so should the family not be able to care for them, they will come back to us.

Staff 

Our management staff is versed in all aspects of horsemanship and make every effort to work closely with our volunteers to ensure that all of our equine residents have a safe and happy home.
